Growth Specialist – Digital Marketing & E‑commerce

About the role

Cerebrovita is a science‑driven cognitive health brand seeking a Growth Specialist to accelerate digital marketing, customer acquisition and e‑commerce performance. You will own high‑impact projects from idea to execution and help shape the next stage of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition across organic, paid and new channels.
• Own performance marketing by planning, launching and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Expand the content platform through SEO, high‑quality content and user engagement.
• Improve the digital business by enhancing website conversion, CRM, retention, marketplaces and the overall customer journey.
• Identify and test new growth opportunities such as partnerships, communities and influencers.
• Measure performance with analytics, run experiments and scale successful tactics.
• Monitor competitors, consumer behavior and industry trends to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with agencies, designers, developers and medical experts to execute initiatives.
• Lead projects from concept through continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, e‑commerce or a similar role.
• Proven track record managing digital acquisition channels, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing and digital analytics.
• Ability to identify new opportunities, run experiments and own projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and project ownership skills.
• Experience in consumer health, OTC, wellness, FMCG or D2C brands is a plus.
