Growth Specialist

About the role

Zeplin Car Rental, Turkey's leading car rental brand with a fleet of more than 42,000 vehicles at 116 locations, is looking for a Growth Specialist who reports directly to the Marketing Manager. The role focuses on growing revenue, reducing churn and increasing the active customer rate through data-driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase the active customer rate, reduce churn and grow revenue.
• Determine the best communication and pricing strategy per customer group.
• Work with data-driven funnel marketing.
• Analyse strategy focused on revenue, profitability and leases on a customer basis.
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy using new-generation digital platforms.
• Conduct performance analysis of campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong data analytical and data management skills.
• High analytical thinking skills, solution-oriented and results-oriented.
• Willingness to learn new methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency in advanced MS Office applications.
• Data analysis and management.
