About the role

The Guest Relations Agent will be the face of Levni Istanbul Hotel, creating memorable experiences for guests in the historic heart of Istanbul. You will work in a dynamic, hospitality‑focused environment, collaborating with a warm and professional team to ensure every stay is exceptional.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
Promote hotel services and local attractions to enrich the guest experience.

Required profile

Guest‑focused and service‑oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills in English.
Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
Ability to speak a secondary language is an advantage.
