About the role

KriptoK is an early-stage startup trading platform bringing together perpetuals, trading competitions, copy trading and community. It is looking for an experienced growth leader to bring more traders onto the platform and keep them engaged. The biggest priority is growing the perps trader base and the KriptoK League. The role sits at the heart of daily execution, working directly with the CEO and the product team.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and engage traders: bring active perps traders on board, help them get started and build lasting relationships.
• Grow the KriptoK League by recruiting traders and partner communities and keeping participation high across rounds.
• Build relationships with trading communities, creators, affiliates and ecosystem partners that turn into active users.
• Own positioning, content, social channels and campaigns, linking them to acquisition and retention.
• Analyse growth performance: where users come from, what drives trading and why they return, including funded accounts, active traders, retention and revenue.

Required profile

• A proven track record of personally growing a crypto trading platform, exchange or relevant DeFi product, with clear results.
• An existing network of traders, community operators and partners in crypto; strong ties in perps and the Hyperliquid ecosystem are particularly valued.
• Good understanding of trader behaviour, trading products and the incentives behind sustainable engagement.
• Someone who can set direction and execute: write the message, take the call, close the partnership, launch the campaign and follow through.
