Head of Legal

About the role

NGAMING is seeking a Head of Legal to lead its legal function across a fast‑growing digital entertainment and iGaming group. You will act as the principal legal advisor to senior management, ensuring that the company’s operations, commercial activities and strategic initiatives comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical legal advice to management and business units on operational, commercial and strategic matters.
• Identify legal risks in collaboration with internal departments and develop compliant business solutions.
• Draft, review, negotiate and approve contracts, protocols, commercial agreements, policies and other legally binding documents.
• Oversee litigation management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and risk assessment.
• Manage relationships with external law firms and coordinate complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead crisis management and resolve complex legal challenges with business‑oriented solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and a valid attorney license.
• Minimum 15 years of professional legal experience, including senior leadership in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, litigation management and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and manage crises.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with ability to draft and negotiate complex documents in English.
• Experience supporting international business operations and working with global stakeholders is preferred.
