Head of Sales B2B - Remote

About the role

A partner company is recruiting a Head of Sales B2B for a rapidly growing social content agency serving leading brands and scale-ups. The role is based in Turkey, fully remote, and involves shaping the sales strategy, leading a team of setters and closers and overseeing the pipeline from outreach to deal closure. You will work directly with the founder and have significant autonomy to build scalable sales processes and develop talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and scale a high-performing sales team of setters and closers
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and deal closure
• Develop and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks and operating procedures
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach sales professionals
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size and sales cycle length
• Identify ways to improve efficiency, conversion rates and revenue
• Maintain a hands-on selling approach and collaborate with the founder on the growth strategy

Required profile

• Demonstrable B2B sales experience, ideally in an agency, professional services or other service-based business
• Previous leadership experience or a proven ability to build and motivate a sales team
• Experience managing sales pipelines and implementing structured, repeatable sales processes
• Ability to interpret sales KPIs and turn performance data into improvements
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Full-time availability
