Help Desk Specialist

About the role

Intercomp is seeking a proactive Help Desk Specialist to provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to its internal users and customers. The role is fully onsite and requires fluent spoken English to ensure clear communication in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Diagnose, resolve and document incidents related to Microsoft Server, Office 365 and virtualization platforms.
• Assist with network infrastructure, backup and recovery operations.
• Manage support tickets, ensuring compliance with service standards and timely escalation of complex problems.
• Communicate effectively with users in English and Turkish, providing a professional support experience.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support, preferably customer‑facing.
• Fluent spoken English; ability to communicate in Turkish is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment and adapt working hours as needed.
