About the role
This internship offers a hands‑on experience in a world‑class hotel environment. You will support the assigned department, learn from seasoned team members, and gain insight into daily hotel operations across guest services and back‑office functions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with guest services, administrative tasks, and departmental projects as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest and workplace experience.
- Participate in training programs and apply new knowledge in daily operations.
- Follow Hilton’s service standards, hotel procedures, and health‑safety requirements.
Required profile
- Available for a minimum two‑month internship with university‑provided insurance.
- Passionate about hospitality and eager to build a career in the sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
