Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will ensure that every area of the hotel – from guest rooms to public spaces – is clean, tidy and welcoming. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver a memorable experience for guests while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
• Uphold Marriott’s quality standards and ensure a professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Professional communication and presentation.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; physical stamina and attention to detail are essential.
