Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. You will work as part of the Guest Environment team, ensuring rooms, public areas and service carts are spotless and ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply areas promptly.
• Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Commitment to a safe and professional work environment.
• Attention to detail and dedication to quality standards.
• Willingness to work flexible full‑time hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to follow written procedures and checklists.
