Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will help create memorable experiences for our guests by ensuring every area of the hotel is clean, well‑maintained and welcoming. You will work across rooms and public spaces, responding to guest requests and keeping the property in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety, company policies, and confidentiality procedures.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure a professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to policies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
• Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
