About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will be part of the Guest Environment Expert team, responsible for delivering a clean, welcoming environment for all hotel guests. You will work in a dynamic, guest‑focused setting where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to high cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Stock cleaning carts and replenish supplies as needed.
• Handle and move objects up to 50 lb safely without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and uniform.
• Strong focus on safety, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
