About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily housekeeping operations at Aliée Istanbul, a luxury hotel within the Tersane Istanbul destination. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to guarantee top‑level cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members while upholding brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Good command of English is preferred.
