Revenue & Reservation Manager

About the role

Support the Director of Revenue Management in shaping long‑term business plans and overseeing the revenue management budget. Prepare and present revenue management meetings with data‑driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities to increase profit across all revenue centres.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, optimise pricing and inventory, and adjust strategies based on market trends.
• Mentor and coach junior team members in reservation and royal service management practices.
• Drive initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and promote sustainability.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front‑office teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure optimal booking performance.
• Monitor development needs and implement enhancements to improve processes.
• Foster a culture of best practice in the evolving distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and other channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Revenue Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel revenue management or reservations experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred; pre‑opening hotel experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Accor or other international hospitality brands is preferred.
