HR Analytics Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics Executive to lead our People Analytics strategy at arabam.com, Turkey's leading auto classifieds marketplace. You will partner with senior leaders to turn HR data into actionable business insights and support data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the HR Analytics & People Analytics strategy, including executive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Manage the preparation, monitoring and variance analysis of the annual HR budget.
• Oversee end‑to‑end management of core HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, training and performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and standardisation across all HR data sources and integrate HR data flows with corporate systems.
• Provide strategic workforce planning, cost optimisation and productivity analyses to senior management.
• Deliver regular and ad‑hoc analyses to support senior‑level decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, MIS or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, preferably in automotive, technology, e‑commerce or large‑scale corporate environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Highly detail‑oriented, structured and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• SQL or database knowledge (strong plus).
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics and dashboard tools.
