About the role
We are seeking a Training Coordination Specialist to support our consumer device business in the telecommunications sector. The role acts as a bridge between the Training Manager and trainers, ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between the Training Manager and trainers.
- Manage examination and certification processes.
- Translate and prepare training materials and documentation.
- Prepare and publish monthly newsletters.
- Analyze data, create statistical reports, and provide insights to cross‑functional teams.
- Calculate monthly incentives for the training team and report on execution metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields).
- New graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
- Strong communication, organization, and deadline‑orientation.
- Self‑disciplined, result‑oriented team player.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, including analysis of large data sets.
