HR Business Partner for Medium Voltage Manufacturing

About the role

Join Eaton as an HR Business Partner supporting the Medium Voltage business in Ankara. You will work in a unionized manufacturing environment of about 450 employees, providing end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to plant leaders, advising on talent acquisition, performance management, development, employee relations and change initiatives.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for production and professional roles, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Drive talent development programs, succession planning, internal mobility and high‑potential identification.
• Partner with Labor Councils to ensure compliance with local labor law, company policies and ethical standards.
• Prepare, analyse and interpret HR data, KPIs and reports, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (legal or labor law certificate a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong employee and labor relations capability, especially within a unionized context.
• Analytical mindset with proven change‑management and continuous‑improvement orientation.
