HR Business Partner (Temporary - Maternity Leave)

About the role

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, is looking for a temporary HR Business Partner to join its Istanbul office. The position is temporary and covers maternity leave.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and leaders and promote a positive work environment
• Support the HR team administratively, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll and helping with recruitment
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions about HR policies, procedures and benefits
• Help develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the organization's goals
• Handle new employee onboarding and orientation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Take part in employee engagement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience; experience in a fast-paced, professional team is preferred
• Advanced level of English
• Knowledge of compensation and total rewards, talent management, employee relations and organizational development
