HR Data Management & Reporting Executive

About the role

METRO Türkiye is looking for an HR Data Management & Reporting Executive in Istanbul. The role develops and drives the People Analytics and HR Reporting strategy, oversees key People & Culture metrics, and turns workforce data into actionable insights for strategic workforce planning, cost optimization and productivity improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the People Analytics and HR Reporting strategy in line with business priorities and organizational needs.
• Manage, analyse and report on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, learning and development and performance.
• Ensure HR data is accurate, consistent and standardized across systems and reporting platforms.
• Translate workforce data into insights supporting strategic workforce planning, cost optimization and productivity improvement.
• Design, develop and maintain executive dashboards, management reports and data visualizations using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Improve data integration between HR systems and other corporate platforms, and identify opportunities to automate data collection, consolidation, validation, reporting and distribution.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc analyses and recommendations for senior management, and promote a data-driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, workforce planning, data analysis or a similar field.
• Proven experience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with HR teams, business leaders and other corporate functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel; hands-on Power BI highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases and HR systems is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, workforce analytics and dashboard design.
• Experience in data quality management, process improvement and reporting automation.
