HR Generalist – Business Partnering & Analytics

About the role

Join the Strategic HR team to blend strong HR business partnering with data‑driven people decisions. You will support assigned business functions while coordinating workforce analytics, compensation, benefits, planning and reporting activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units and build effective relationships with managers and employees.
• Translate business priorities and workforce needs into practical HR actions, guiding managers on performance, talent, development, engagement and employee matters.
• Lead recruitment processes for assigned functions and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate talent review, leadership development, career development and employee experience initiatives.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, grading and job evaluation; support annual salary review and incentive processes.
• Manage HR budgeting, headcount planning and personnel cost forecasting.
• Develop management dashboards, reports and decision‑support materials using Excel and Power BI.
• Perform organizational analyses and provide recommendations on structure, role clarity and workforce effectiveness.
• Contribute to HR digitalization, automation and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, HR Analytics, workforce planning or related HR roles.
• Fluent in English; manufacturing experience is a plus.
