HR Operations Specialist (Disabled)

About the role

Pegasus Airlines is hiring an HR Operations Specialist (flight number PC-2026) in Istanbul. The specialist handles administrative and communication tasks supporting the Human Resources Business Partners, and the role is open to candidates who meet the disability criteria stated in the notice.

Key responsibilities

• Handle correspondence, communications and filing related to the activities managed by the Human Resources Business Partners
• Prepare warning and appreciation letters, and manage the delivery and follow-up of co-mail communications
• Support the Human Resources Business Partners
• Support other human resources projects as required

Required profile

• Graduated from a relevant university department
• Experience in human resources processes preferred
• Good command of English preferred
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul preferred
• Candidates must provide a medical board report showing a minimum disability rate of 40% and state their disability and its degree in the cover letter

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills, time management and teamwork
• Planning and organizational abilities, ability to adapt to a fast pace and analytical thinking
