Organizational Development Professional

About the role

Trendyol HR is looking for an organizational development professional who turns business needs and strategy into performance management, talent development and employee experience frameworks. The role designs and improves end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, works with HRIS and technology teams on workflows and system enhancements, and relies on data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs and strategy into organizational development, performance management, talent and employee experience frameworks.
• Design and improve end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, focusing on efficiency, scalability and employee experience.
• Drive organizational design and development initiatives, including performance cycles and career development.
• Partner with HRIS and technology teams to define requirements, design workflows and support system enhancements and testing.
• Prepare and analyze HR data, reports and organizational insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage cross-functional HR projects from process design through implementation.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience in organizational development, performance and career management, talent management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong process design, systems thinking and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Results-oriented and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment.
• Team player who takes ownership and leads cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English (C1/advanced speaking level preferred).
