HR Services and International Assignment Responsible

About the role

Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in Bursa is looking for an HR Services and International Assignment Responsible on a maximum 2-year fixed-term contract. The role executes and supports end-to-end HR services processes and provides support for international assignment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR administrative and employee lifecycle services in line with local regulations, company policies and internal controls.
• Support international assignment processes, including assignment initiation, documentation, mobility administration, employee communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Manage HR services transactions, employee inquiries, data validations and process controls across assigned HR service areas.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve employee cases, improve process efficiency and support digitalization and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field.
• 3 years of professional working experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, labour law, tax regulations, compliance and risk management.
• Knowledge of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, labour law, compliance and internal controls.
• Basic understanding of international assignment, global mobility or expatriate processes is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, customer-centric and service-oriented mindset, continuous improvement mindset, teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Strong IT skills with openness to automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Payroll, labour law, tax and compliance knowledge.
