HSE Manager – Lead Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

As the HSE Manager you will lead the company’s Health, Safety and Environment programme, ensuring compliance with local legislation, corporate standards and LLBG guidelines. You will act as the primary HSE responsible person and drive continuous improvement across all safety and environmental activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, standards and management systems.
• Lead occupational safety, fire safety, emergency preparedness and environmental management initiatives.
• Integrate safety requirements into new projects, technical changes and daily operations.
• Manage accident, incident and near‑miss investigations, reporting and follow‑up.
• Drive HSE action plans, risk‑prevention projects and promote a strong safety culture through coaching and awareness programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (Class B or Class A preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety, fire safety, risk assessment and legal HSE requirements.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic and proactive mindset with ability to combine strategic thinking and operational implementation.
• Fluent English.
