Human Resource Specialist – Europe & Pakistan

About the role

The Human Resource Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for associates in Europe and Pakistan, supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and ensuring compliance with local employment legislation. Working closely with the Global HR team, the role will help maintain accurate HR records, manage employee benefits, and contribute to talent‑management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HRMS and leave records for Europe and Pakistan, ensuring accurate tracking of hires, transfers, appraisals, surveys, absenteeism and terminations.
• Compile statistical reports and update organization charts and ad‑hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
• Administer employee recognition, staff‑engagement activities and keep benefits and compensation information up‑to‑date.
• Support the HR Manager with remuneration changes, performance management, talent management and related HR processes.
• Assist in new‑employee orientation and training programs on benefits, diversity and other HR topics.
• Collaborate with the Global HR team to update policy manuals, employee handbooks and ensure compliance with changing legislation.
• Provide first‑point advice on operational HR matters for Europe and Pakistan associates.
• Offer administrative support to the Istanbul office as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good understanding of local employment acts and HR best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR information systems, preferably Oracle HRIS.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and work with numbers.
