Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role you will act as the primary strategic partner for designated business units, aligning organisational goals with people strategies and working closely with business leaders to drive talent management, recruitment, organisational development and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for designated business units, deeply understanding their operational and business needs and providing strategic HR solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent, while collaborating with leaders on workforce requirements, succession planning and talent development.
• Support restructuring, workforce planning and performance improvement initiatives to optimise team performance and capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring a positive, inclusive and compliant work environment while driving employee engagement.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to align business‑unit needs with the overall HR strategy and company objectives.
• Participate in or lead HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in a business‑partnering role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities, able to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated capability to drive organisational initiatives and support change‑management processes.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex problems.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, suitable for a global corporate environment.
