Human Resources Manager - Düzce Manufacturing

About the role

Nobel is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead HR practices at its Düzce Manufacturing & R&D facility. The role works closely with factory management and relevant HR teams, acting as a strategic HR partner and ensuring HR practices are implemented effectively across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to factory management and advise leaders on people-related matters
• Lead workforce and organizational planning in line with current and future business needs
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes for blue- and white-collar employees
• Lead performance, talent, career and succession planning across the factory organization
• Identify development needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Manage employee relations and drive initiatives to improve engagement and experience
• Advise managers on performance management, employee development and HR policies
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor legislation, company policies and HR procedures
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll and personnel administration with HR teams
• Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, turnover and absenteeism and develop action plans
• Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to management
• Lead HR projects and initiatives and coach and develop the HR team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years of team management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or other manufacturing industry preferred
• Solid experience managing HR processes for blue- and white-collar employees in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of Turkish labor legislation and HR practices
• Experience in organizational development and change management
• Based in or willing to relocate to Düzce
