About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join Tarsus American College, a long‑established international school in Turkey. The successful candidate will support the school’s HR functions, ensuring compliance with high standards of recruitment and child protection.
Key responsibilities
- Implement recruitment processes that meet the CIS International Task Force on Child Protection recommendations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support day‑to‑day HR operations.
Required profile
- Graduated from a relevant university program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good level of English (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning, high motivation and self‑confidence.
- For male candidates, completed military service.
