About the role
Start your career by learning how people, culture, and operations work inside a fast‑growing global technology company. No prior experience is required; you will receive mentorship and work on real HR and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment and candidate communication
- Learn onboarding and off‑boarding processes
- Assist with employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Support employee experience and internal communication
- Help coordinate office operations, suppliers, and internal events
- Use AI and digital tools to improve workflow efficiency
Required profile
- Recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in HR or operations
- Organised, responsible and detail‑oriented
- Enjoy communicating and working with people
- Can manage multiple tasks consistently
- Curious, motivated, energetic and eager to learn
- Comfortable using digital tools and spreadsheets
