Import Logistics Associate

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Import Logistics to join the Supply Chain Directorate at Beko. The role focuses on improving import logistics and customs operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supporting cost‑optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, expenses and seasonality to improve import logistics and customs processes.
• Design and maintain automatic reports and decision‑support dashboards, primarily using Qlik.
• Support the development of an advanced import logistics budgeting system and related business projects.
• Plan and monitor import shipments, ensuring on‑time delivery and proper customs documentation.
• Collaborate with transporters, customs brokers and forwarders to meet service level agreements.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and propose alternative transportation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in multi‑modal shipments and knowledge of Incoterms and import customs regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• SAP (preferred).
• Qlik reporting and dashboard creation.
• Decision‑support system design and implementation.
