About the role
The Indirect Buyer will join the Procurement team at Kraft Heinz Turkey, working from the Susurluk factory. Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager, the role focuses on strategic sourcing, cost‑saving initiatives and supplier relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze indirect procurement needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
- Monitor market trends, identify suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Create cost‑saving initiatives and implement risk mitigation measures.
- Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance and track metrics.
- Improve procurement processes through automation and best practices.
- Provide regular reports on savings, performance and market developments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university.
- At least 4 years of procurement experience; food‑industry experience is a plus.
- Fluent English and strong analytical, result‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of SAP procurement modules.
- Experience with Ariba e‑procurement platform.
