Indirect Purchasing Assistant – Facility Management (Smart Start)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join Bosch’s Indirect Purchasing team in Bursa as a Smart Start Assistant for Facility Management services. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in procurement processes while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Category Expert (Buyer) in purchasing Facility Management services.
• Support CO₂ reduction activities with suppliers.
• Prepare and manage requests for quotations.
• Help create projects, follow up on tenders and support tender preparation.
• Contribute to special projects and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of supplier negotiations.
• Help resolve complex problems with permanent solutions.
• Coordinate operational tasks with internal customers and business partners.
• Maintain supplier information using digital tools.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or related fields.
• Fluent in English (excellent written and spoken).
• Available to work at least three days per week during the academic period.
• Commitment of at least 11 months (preferably 24 months) while studying.
• Residence in Bursa is mandatory.
