Information Technology Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist will support SAS International’s global security and consultancy services by maintaining and securing the company’s technology infrastructure. This full‑time remote position involves monitoring networks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring reliable connectivity for distributed teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and administer network devices, including routers and switches.
• Configure, maintain and support firewalls, VPNs and encryption mechanisms.
• Manage user accounts, access controls and security policies.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and end‑users.
• Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of IT operations.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Experience with remote work tools, VPNs and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
