Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Field Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users in Malatya, Turkey. The role involves both on‑site and remote desktop support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote desktop support for users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and ensure deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages.
• Perform routine system audits, maintain security, and manage support tickets.
• Provide end‑user training and create technical documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical users.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Active Directory, group policies, and security.
• Remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• MS Office Suite and productivity software.
• Hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements.
• System imaging and deployment tools (SCCM, MDT).
• ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
