Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist will be responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving the company's Windows Server and Azure environments. This role supports the entire IT landscape of a leading Turkish fashion retailer, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across on‑premise and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure enterprise‑wide.
• Administer Microsoft Azure services, including VMs, virtual networks, storage, load balancers, backup and Site Recovery.
• Maintain Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), hybrid identity, and Microsoft 365 hybrid configurations.
• Operate VMware vSphere, handling capacity planning, performance tuning, and support.
• Oversee core Microsoft services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, and Certificate Services.
• Support Exchange Hybrid and DAG environments.
• Manage endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Administer enterprise storage, SAN, and physical server hardware.
• Implement and monitor backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell scripting.
• Participate in infrastructure projects from design through production deployment.
• Ensure compliance with corporate information security policies and provide on‑call support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise system administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Azure environments.
• Proven expertise in VMware vSphere administration.
