Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist will join Aydınlı Group’s IT team to design, operate and continuously improve the company’s Windows Server, Azure and VMware environments. The role ensures high availability, security and performance of critical infrastructure supporting the retailer’s 682 stores worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Microsoft Windows Server and Azure services, including VMs, virtual networks, storage, backup and Site Recovery.
• Administer Azure AD, hybrid identity and Microsoft 365 hybrid configurations.
• Maintain VMware vSphere platforms, perform capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Oversee core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS and Certificate Services.
• Support Exchange Hybrid/DAG, endpoint management via Intune and SCCM, and enterprise SAN/storage solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure health, analyse alerts, conduct capacity planning and automate tasks with PowerShell.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise system administration experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Microsoft Azure (VM, VNet, Storage, Backup, Site Recovery, Azure AD, Microsoft 365).
• VMware vSphere administration.
• Enterprise storage/SAN (e.g., Hitachi, Pure Storage) and backup solutions (Commvault, Veeam).
• Microsoft Intune, SCCM, PowerShell scripting.
• Basic Linux server administration and monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, ManageEngine).
