Infrastructure Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our Istanbul team. The role provides hands‑on operational support for both network and compute infrastructure, ensuring services remain stable, secure and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day operational support for LAN/WAN, Windows Server and related infrastructure.
• Monitor network and system environments, review alerts and act to prevent service interruptions.
• Troubleshoot incidents across cabling, hardware, switching, routing, firewall and connectivity layers.
• Perform server‑room tasks such as UPS, cooling, fire‑system checks and physical cabling management.
• Provide first‑line support during major incidents, participate in bridge calls and follow ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, telecom carriers and global support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in network operations, system administration or infrastructure support.
• Fluent in English and Turkish with strong written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• LAN/WAN technologies, IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing and switching.
• Windows Server installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
• Cisco switching, wireless environments, Access Points, patch panels and cabling.
• Infrastructure monitoring, alert management and proactive issue identification.
• Server‑room operations: UPS, cooling, fire systems, environmental monitoring.
• ITSM/ITIL practices; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
