Innovation Project Manager

About the role

Opella is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and drive new health‑care concepts from idea to market. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams, managing scope, timeline, budget and value creation.
• Facilitate project alignment through kick‑offs, planning workshops and regular meetings.
• Apply agile, outcome‑focused methodologies to manage scope, schedules, risks and resources.
• Define project strategies that ensure consumer relevance and commercial viability.
• Present updates and gate submissions to the Innovation Committee and provide KPI and business impact metrics.
• Support post‑launch reviews and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in innovation, project management or product development within consumer healthcare, OTC, personal care, food or FMCG.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end innovation projects with measurable business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and influence skills.
• High emotional intelligence, strong analytical abilities and strategic problem‑solving.
• Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity and change while maintaining a results‑oriented mindset.
