Inside Sales Responsible

About the role

Ravago Kimteks is looking for an Inside Sales Responsible to join its team in Ataşehir. The role covers managing customer requests and orders, coordinating the full order process, preparing quotations and contracts, and supporting customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer requests, inquiries and complaints, resolving them promptly and keeping customers satisfied.
• Coordinate end-to-end order management, including accurate order entry, stock availability, product reservations and timely deliveries.
• Act as the main contact between customers, Sales and other internal departments.
• Prepare and communicate price quotations, sales documentation and contracts, and ensure accurate invoicing and payment terms.
• Monitor customer activities such as project tracking, sample management and customer portal operations.
• Gather feedback, run surveys and identify improvement opportunities for customer satisfaction.
• Take part in trade fairs, meetings, seminars and promotional events as required and approved by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Chemical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Customer-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who is disciplined, detail-oriented and results-driven.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Planning, organization, follow-up and reporting skills.
