Internal Audit Specialist

About the role

Kalyon Holding, a leading diversified group in Turkey, is seeking an Internal Audit Specialist to support its Head Office. The role involves participating in risk‑based internal audits across the Group’s processes and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in internal audit activities across the Group’s processes and functions.
• Support execution of risk‑based internal audits and special audit assignments.
• Identify audit findings and contribute to audit report preparation.
• Follow up on audit findings and related action plans.
• Assist in preparing Audit Committee and Board presentations.
• Help prepare and execute the annual internal audit plan.
• Contribute to improving internal audit methodologies and processes.
• Utilize data analytics and technology to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Political Sciences, Banking & Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit; experience in Big Four firms preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or CISA are a plus.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SQL.
