Internal Auditor – Hybrid Role

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the control environment across AgeSA, Aksigorta and Medisa. Working under Audit Managers, you will conduct audits, identify risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute process audits, data analysis, testing and reporting for the three companies in line with international standards.
• Assess risk management, control and governance processes and propose value‑added recommendations.
• Prepare and present audit findings, follow up on action plans and ensure timely implementation.
• Support special audit projects, ad‑hoc requests and investigations as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit, bank audit or Big‑4 consultancy.
• Strong self‑discipline, ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• SQL (knowledge is a plus).
• Microsoft Office applications.
• In‑depth knowledge of local and international internal audit standards.
• Internal audit certifications such as CIA, CFE, CISA or CPA (optional).
