International Patient Coordinator

About the role

An international patient coordinator is sought to join a clinic whose contracted hospitals are based in Üsküdar, which will be the place of work. The role covers patient administration, appointment coordination and day-to-day support for the plastic surgeon and clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient records
• Schedule and manage consultations, procedures, surgeries and follow-up appointments
• Welcome patients and assist them during clinic visits
• Communicate with patients by phone and messaging about appointments, procedures and follow-ups
• Make sure consent forms and required documents are completed before procedures and surgeries
• Collect and record patient payments
• Check that equipment and materials are ready before procedures
• Organize daily patient flow and scheduling
• Take and organize before-and-after patient photos
• Assist the plastic surgeon and clinical team with daily patient coordination

Required profile

• Good to advanced English, written and spoken
• At least 1 year of professional experience; healthcare, medical aesthetics or plastic surgery experience preferred
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish
• Patient-focused and professional, able to work well in a team

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and digital communication tools
