International Sales and Business Development Specialist

About the role

Kentkart is seeking an International Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive growth across the Middle East and Africa. The role will focus on uncovering new opportunities in public transportation markets and guiding tender processes from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and develop new business opportunities in international public transport markets.
• Support end‑to‑end tender and proposal processes, including pre‑qualification, bid documentation and coordination with technical teams.
• Maintain and expand relationships with transport authorities, operators, consultants and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with legal, financial and technical departments to ensure aligned commercial proposals.
• Represent Kentkart at international meetings, workshops, exhibitions and industry events.
• Assist with contract negotiations and post‑award commercial follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Relations or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in international business development or global sales (IT background preferred).
• Strong understanding of public procurement and international tender processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, flexible and able to work both independently and in a team.
