International Sales Executive – Africa or Middle East

About the role

We are seeking an International Regional Sales Executive to develop and grow our industrial machinery and project‑based solutions business in either the African or Middle Eastern markets. The role involves managing existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the assigned region.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support regional growth strategies.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial machinery and project‑based solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective sales processes and after‑sales support.
• Prepare and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
• Proven experience in international sales and market development.
• Willingness to travel internationally without restrictions.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
• For male candidates, completed military service.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
• Advanced written and spoken Arabic and Turkish for Middle East region.
• Advanced written and spoken French and Turkish for Africa region.
