Service Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive service‑related sales growth through technical expertise, market insight, and strong customer engagement across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyse trends, pricing benchmarks and customer expectations.
• Develop long‑term business strategies, targets and service sales plans.
• Identify, pre‑qualify and develop sales leads with existing and potential customers.
• Review RFQs, clarify technical and commercial requirements and prepare competitive proposals.
• Maintain CRM data, sales forecasts and manage opportunities through the pipeline.
• Collaborate with business units, factory managers and internal teams during contract negotiations and SLA fulfilment.
• Participate in industry networking, trade shows and customer visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in machinery and automation.
• Proven experience with separators, decanters and homogenizers for dairy, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, beverage, marine or energy sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue and profit growth.
• Fluent English, willing to travel 60‑80%.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of separators, decanters and homogenizers.
• Experience preparing tender documentation and participating in tender processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP C4C (or similar CRM tools).
