International Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The International Technical Support Engineer provides pre‑sales and after‑sales technical assistance for communication products, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth product deployment across Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical support, gather customer requirements, and assist with product demos, solution design and technical training.
• Coordinate software and hardware testing with R&D, delivering accurate test results.
• Handle after‑sales inquiries, collect feedback, and follow up on issue resolution until closure.
• Participate in bidding processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and collaborate with sales teams to gather reference information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ICT devices, preferably with 4G/5G products and Wi‑Fi routers.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Turkish language skills are a plus.
