Investments and Strategy Specialist

About the role

Fiba Group's Investments and Strategy Department is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Investments and Strategy Specialist to contribute to high-impact strategic projects and investment evaluations. The group started in banking and has since diversified into renewable energy, retail, tourism and real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across various industries
• Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for the Investment Committee
• Analyze growth potential, sustainability and key risks of new and existing businesses from macro and micro perspectives
• Develop financial models, run sensitivity analyses and assess valuation under different capital structures and investment scenarios
• Support financial and operational due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, deal structures and economics
• Track key milestones and reporting for subsidiaries' strategic and operational projects
• Assist in communications with financial institutions on project and acquisition financing
• Research projects, industries and companies and share insights with the team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, sometimes independently

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting or high-growth technology businesses
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Team-oriented, self-starter with a proactive, solution-driven approach

Required skills

• Excellent command of MS Excel and presentation tools
• Experience building and understanding complex financial models is a plus
