Investor Relations Manager

About the role

Tiryaki Agro, a global agricultural supply chain leader, is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to shape and communicate its equity story. You will lead investor relations activities throughout the IPO process and maintain ongoing communication with the investment community.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, analysts, investment banks, and financial institutions.
• Develop and communicate the company’s equity story and overall investor relations strategy.
• Lead and coordinate investor relations activities throughout the IPO process and manage post‑IPO investor communications.
• Plan and execute investor meetings, analyst briefings, and investor events.
• Prepare investor presentations and related communication materials.
• Analyze financial performance from an investor perspective and present insights to senior leadership and the Board.
• Consolidate financial data across the holding and its subsidiaries for investor communications.
• Ensure compliance with capital markets regulations, disclosure, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor ESG and sustainability trends and contribute to related reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial analysis, or capital markets within publicly listed companies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong expertise in investor relations, capital markets, and financial communications.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, consolidation structures, and holding‑level financial analysis.
• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investor presentation preparation.
