IT Field Support Engineer – On‑site Technical Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Field Support Engineer to join our team in Bursa. You will be the on‑site technical point of contact, responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting IT equipment and infrastructure at customer locations while ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and refresh PCs, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile devices, and barcode readers.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance, including VIP support and end‑user onboarding.
• Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and manage asset records, labeling, and periodic inventory counts.
• Perform network cabinet checks, server‑room reviews, and basic networking tasks.
• Diagnose hardware failures, conduct network connectivity troubleshooting, and manage Windows updates, patches, and antivirus maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (university or vocational).
• 2–4 years of experience in IT field support.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
