IT Operations & Monitoring Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Monitoring Lead to join our Bursa team. You will ensure 24/7 continuity of enterprise production systems, proactively detect issues, and support incident management in a mission‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor servers, applications, network infrastructure and data‑center environments.
• Track system alarms, perform first‑level incident response and coordinate escalations.
• Participate in Major Incident Management and support Disaster Recovery procedures.
• Oversee backup, batch and scheduling processes.
• Prepare and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation and English‑language reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional infrastructure and operations teams to guarantee service continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Operations, NOC or System Operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Good command of English.
